Who is it for?
The Sabadell Training Center is a pioneering initiative designed to equip and raise up sons and daughters of God
with a clear vision and a solid foundation for the Kingdom of God. Our main purpose is twofold:
To provide deep spiritual and practical training that allows participants to grow in their faith and fully develop their gifts, walking with them on a journey of personal transformation. Specifically, this includes:
Equipping those who carry these gifts to develop them to the full, through teaching and real practice within established apostolic teams—immersed in their dynamics, strategy and execution—to prepare them for their own mission.
Walking alongside disciples who are seeking renewal and a significant breakthrough in their life with God, whether through evangelism or by discovering and living out their particular calling.
Offering a space for people who want to be discipled, discover their spiritual calling, build a deeper connection with their faith and find a clear path in their service to God.
Providing a safe environment for the inner healing of past processes, deepening identity in Jesus and allowing character to grow and be refined—essential for mature and effective leadership.
This training lets you live among established communities and their networks, getting to know leadership from the inside—its daily workings, development and drive—while gaining practical, real experience in an apostolic environment.
Preparing participants to start and grow stable, mature and multiplying house church movements, with a practical approach based on different apostolic models.
Learning how to start and grow house churches with maturity and firm—but not hierarchical—leadership.
Forming disciples who do not merely consume, but reproduce and become effective leaders within these communities.
Recognising, developing and activating apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers within the new churches, for an organic and complete structure.
Our mission: laying a solid foundation
1 Corinthians 3:6–7, 10
Our desire is to see the Kingdom of God grow organically and authentically in every city.
Two formats: 6 months or 1 year, depending on each student’s goals
You can choose a basic training programme or go deeper with a discipleship programme, with the possibility of being sent back to your home community with the support of the church. The study programme is divided into four blocks:
Studies focused on the foundations of the faith and the life of a disciple, to establish a solid base for spiritual life.
For those with a special calling to apostolic ministry: preparation to lead and establish new churches or ministries.
For those with a prophetic gift: growth in this gift, its practical application and development in the context of ministry.
Personalised and group sessions to work on spiritual growth, character formation and preparation for service.
Weekly 5-day cycles, with scheduled breaks
Each day combines theoretical and practical teaching blocks with worship, fellowship, discipleship, ministry and testimony. The calendar is spread over 36 teaching weeks, with breaks for Christmas, Easter and summer.

Life in communityThe rest of the day: worship, fellowship, practice, discipleship, ministry and testimony
Once a week, in a group and one-to-one, to grow in intimacy with God, shape your character and discover your calling.
2–3 hour sessions to reflect on the weekly lessons, share testimonies and pray together, do inductive Bible studies and work on inner healing, house church models and discipleship tools.
One-to-one sessions of at least 2 hours with personalised mentoring, setting of spiritual goals and counsel. Two key areas: intimacy with God (spiritual life, character and deeds) and discovering the calling God has for you. Times are adapted to each participant.
Two houses: one for men and one for women
Men and women do not share the same living space, except in cases such as married couples and families with children. In those cases an alternative is sought: your own accommodation, arranged by the applicant, or staying with church members or acquaintances, under the owner’s conditions.

Houses
Each student only covers their own basic expenses
The real costs of the Center include renting the houses, the teaching space and the team’s time. Even so, the teaching, the use of the Center and the time invested have no fixed price: they remain open so that each student can give an offering as God leads their heart.
Indicative price per person in the Center’s house, including rent and utilities (electricity, gas, water…). You may also look for external accommodation, preferably close to the Center.
Covered by each student. They can be met through savings, financial support from your community or a part-time job. We do not recommend working 40 hours a week during the training.
Tuition, room rental and the team’s time are not charged. We encourage participants to sow financially as an expression of gratitude and commitment to what they receive.
